Rosie works primarily with communities of North County Coastal, including Encinitas, Leucadia, Carlsbad, Solana Beach, Cardiff by the Sea, Del Mar and Oceanside. She also has extensive experience with Vista, San Marcos, Fallbrook, Carmel Valley and La Jolla.
